New Patient Appointments
Your first appointment will be in person and likely take 45-60 minutes, but may run longer. It’s an opportunity to assess your specific needs, to answer your questions, and in some instances, formulate a working diagnosis and to collaboratively develop a plan of care. Occasionally, more than one appointment is necessary to conduct a full assessment and formulate treatment recommendations. The more complete your intake questionnaire is, the more likely objectives are achieved at our first visit. Please bring your insurance card and state issued identification to the initial appointment.
On occasion my dog, Gabbi, who is an emotionally intuitive support dog, may be in the office at the time of your visit. Her job is to take care of YOU. The session is about YOU and NOT Gabbi. You may elect not to have her present during your visit.
